As part of the development condistions under LP.03 Developer Funded Public Art. This public art expresses the cultural identity of City and its natural heritage. It will contribute to creating a community place, which encourages residents to venture out. The artwork also has a strong connection of people to landscape, as the artwork responds to and interact with its surrounding environment. Lighting is also embedded in the artwork. Location - 31 Webb Street, Rossmoyne
