Why you have received this letter
The City has received an amended plan of subdivision from the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC). An assessment of the proposal found that the application is proposing variations to the City’s Town Planning Scheme No. 21. The variations are as follows:
- The proposal results in not constructing a subdivision road.
- Proposes a Cul-de-sac in an alternative location
Prior to issuing referral comments to the WAPC, adjoining affected owners have been invited to view the proposed subdivision plans, and make comment on the planning matters that affect may their property.
Matters that we would like you to consider
We ask that you consider the following matter(s) and let us know whether you object to or support the development proposal.
- Town Planning Scheme 21 Variations
The proposal results in variations to the Scheme Map. An excerpt of the Scheme Map is shown below:
The proposal results in the approved variation (Red hatching) to subdivisional road (Purple) being removed and replaced with a common property driveway. A Cul-de-Sac for the subdivisional road is proposed in an alternative location.
