Linking Customers is the next phase of our OneCouncil rollout. It will be introduced later this year and is focused on
- how we receive requests and
- how we manage requests.
It includes Request Management, the Property & Land module as well as Work Requests.
This quiz assumes you know some basic terminology including what is a request, what is a complaint and what is general correspondence. If you want to check the terminologies, click here.
As you go through this quiz you will be asked if the
statement applies to you and your everyday work.
If you answer ‘Yes’ we will explain how the Linking
Customers phase will affect you. If it doesn’t apply to you, you’ll be directed
to the next question.
Full training will be taking place in September 2020 and you

your People Leader.
