Before we make a decision on the application, we would like to hear from nearby property owners and residents who may be affected by the proposal.

What is being proposed?

The application proposes:

  • The addition of retaining walls and associated site works to the surrounds of the approved single house. The proposed retaining walls and site works result in the application seeking consideration under the design principles under Residential Design Codes Volume 1 (R-Codes) under Clause 5.4.1 Visual Privacy.
