In terms of a cat curfew what do you think is the most appropriate option for the City of Canning to consider?

Night-time curfew: Cats must stay on their owner’s property from sunset to sunrise, or during prescribed times eg. 6.30pm to 6.30am

24-hour curfew: Cats must stay on their owner's property at all times.

No curfew: Continue with the current approach, allowing cats to roam freely.

Cat Local Law 2021

The City has an existing Cat Local Law 2021 (refer to the reference documents), which includes a limit of no more than two cats being kept on a residential property and prohibits cats from entering conservation areas and parks. The City is seeking feedback on these provisions and any other aspects of the local law.
