Two workshops were held with 25 participants including a local residents, business owners, subject matter experts, not for profit representatives, state agency representatives and City of Canning staff.

Developing the engagement plan and seeking feedback from internal stakeholders, workshop participants and members of SEAG.

Costing the Action Plan and internal reporting process.

Currently the City is reviewing the Urban Forest Strategy, Local Biodiversity Strategy and Public Open Space Strategy. The Cities Tree management Policy is also being updated. This plan will work within the context of these reviewed strategies.
