Consultation has concluded

UPDATE

The public consultation period has closed and the works to refurbish and convert the tennis courts to netball/basketball multi-courts has been temporarily put on hold through the wet weather months. Works are rescheduled to commence in November 2018

WHAT IS GOING ON?

The City is currently seeking feedback from the community on how they feel about the existing infrastructure at Thomas Moore Tennis Courts and are trying to ascertain whether the City should change or amend the facility with another multiuse function.

This idea came from consultation with several user groups in and around Canning who are in the support of the idea and due to the low to little interest and bookings and use of the site, which results in a cost to the city ratepayers.

We would love to hear your ideas and feedback and encourage you to complete our survey here.

For further information, please contact Project Manager Con Angelidis on 0419 044 921 or supclean@canning.wa.gov.au.

Comment period closes 22 April 2018
