This review of the Canning Leisure services swim squads is intended to determine the future direction of the program, and will consider all options to ensure the future viability of swim programs at Riverton Leisureplex. It will investigate ways to maximise swimming and aquatic participation opportunities through quality programs, services and facilities to cater for the current and future needs of the community.
The key objectives are:
Identify best outcome for future provision of swim squad program
Identify opportunities to promote and reinforce aquatic pathways for all ages
Develop and maintain open communication with all members
Influence quality of facility operations and management
Promote participation in aquatic programs and services
Assist in the future financial viability of the Club
