The subdivision proposes a variation to the City’s Town Planning Scheme No. 21 by not proposing the Sub-divisional Road (Purple Road) and instead proposes vehicle access via a common property access leg from Crawford Street.

What happens following consultation?
Following closure of this consultation period, the City will consider the comments received in the context of the City’s planning framework and provide a recommendation to the WAPC.
In certain circumstances the application may be referred to the Council for consideration at one of its Council meetings. If this occurs, the City will send you a letter/email inviting you to this meeting.
