Sandra Park playground in Rossmoyne is getting a makeover!

The Sandra Park playground design chosen by the community includes the features that you wanted to see: more focus on nature and adventure play and more inclusive and accessible play spaces with better shade.

Sandra Park's new playground includes traditional style play equipment in the main play area with nature play extension of timber steppers and balance plank walk placed under natural shade of the existing park tree canopy.

This upgrade is part of our long term Playground Renewal Project, which is guided by our Play Provision Strategy.
