The City has prepared a submission in relation to the Metropolitan Local Government Review Report.

If boundary changes are required, the City believes that there are other options for amalgamations. The City is seeking your views on this important matter.   • Metropolitan Local Government Review Submission

    The City of Canning has finalised its submission on the Metropolitan Local Government Review Report following the closure of the consultation period where community contributions were considered. The submission was endorsed at the council meeting held on the 26 March 2013.

    The City’s comment period ran from the 25 February 2013 to the 15 March 2013 with 1000 submissions received.

    The City is very appreciative of the community’s contributions.
