Your opinion of us as employers and the Leisureplexes as a place to work matters to us. This survey has been created to allow us to learn more about certain areas where we may need to improve our workplace and leadership approach, and ultimately increase employee satisfaction and maintain a productive and positive work culture. If the survey results convey that certain areas such as supervisor engagement, training or health and safety for example need attention, then plans will be developed and put into action to address this need.

Please take the short time needed to answer the questions provided. Each set of survey results will be kept confidential, they will not be shared or communicated as an individual result.
