  • No changes to the existing building are proposed.
  • The maximum number of guests will be limited to 6 occupants.
  • Guests are to park in the existing two on-site car parking spaces and the existing on-site Visitor car parking spaces.
  • The proposed use is to be operated in accordance with the proposed House Rules at all times.
