The City of Canning has received an application for additions and alterations to an existing Grouped Dwelling at 187B Riverton Drive, Shelley.

Before we make a decision on the application, we would like to hear from nearby property owners and residents who may be affected by the proposal.

What is being proposed?

The application proposes:

• The addition of an external lift shaft and associated pedestrian accessway to the existing home on the site.
