  • The proposed Billboard Sign is 12.5 metres high and the screen has an area of 25.80m2.
  • The proposed land use is a type not specifically referred to by Table 3 – Zoning Table of the City’s Local Planning Scheme No. 42 (LPS42) and is considered to be a “Use Not Listed” within the General Industry Zone.
  • The development application is considered to be a “Complex Application” and is to be advertised in accordance with the applicable requirements provided in Table 1: Development Applications, in the City’s Local Planning Policy LP.11 – Public Consultation of Planning Proposals.

In some cases, the application may be referred to a Council meeting for determination. If this occurs, you will receive an invitation to attend or view the meeting online.
