Composting & Bokashi Workshop

Rob Gulley teaches the Twin Bin composting method, an excellent way to for householders to turn their kitchen scraps, weeds, etc. into a good volume of great fertiliser. For people with small garden space or with worm farms Rob will also teach residents about the bokashi kitchen composting method that will fertilise soil and create highly nutritious liquid to use around the home and garden. Subsidised Equipment available for purchase.

Worm Farming Workshop

This workshop, presented by Kevin Smith from The Worm Shed, features a presentation covering all aspects of worms, worm farming and the roles worms play in recycling and waste management. This is followed by an informal question time and a practical demonstration in setting up, operating and maintaining a worm farm. Worm Farms, Worms, Castings & WormWiz will be available for purchase at the workshop at a subsidised rate.
